It was a challenge to them when they first bought the park as it had a No star rating park but all the hard work has helped them get a 4 star rating on the park. The green grass has been the highlight for most people as with the drought most parks are barron and bare due to the water shortage. They've turned the whole issue around by using recycled water. The park caters for the older people and they get told so often that this is one of the niciest parks they've stayed at which makes Peter and Faye very proud... "We're green, We're clean...and We love it!"

There’s no doubt the park leaves an impression on all who stay here.Next stop, Brooke and Tim visit a colonial mansion called Monte Cristo built by the Crawley family in 1876 which is known as Australia's most haunted house. Now owned by Reg and Olive Ryan. In the dining room, son Lawrence reveals the house is full of resident ghosts. According to Reg, they have 10 resident ghosts believed to be the spirits of the 10 people that have passed away here on the property, which was not unusual back in those days because people died at home. Some of the deaths have been quite mysterious, anything from a baby being dropped to its death down a stair case to one of the maids being pushed off the front balcony. The most haunted part of the house is said to be the Drawing Room where a lot of things around the room would often get moved around and Mrs Crawley's ghost would often tell visitors to get out of the house. A lot of people have come into the house, and those who have never had asthma in a day in there life will have asthma attacks and as soon as they walk out of the house they will come good again.
