Alert | Hi All We bought a Pioneer Argyle SE 4x4 Camper Trailer earlier this year. It finally arrived 4 weeks late in early March and has been in for warranty repairs 4 times since then. The final time was because the filler hose came off the mount and water poured into my camper on top of my 1500 Watt Inverter. I took it back to our agent in Brisbane Kratzmanns Caravans, they have been outstanding, I then contacted Robin at Pioneer Campers back in Perth, I explained all the problems I have been having and the amount of things that have been repaired, I asked if he would be willing to update my inverter to a 2000 Watt one for the trouble of all these problems with the camper, he agreed, however when it came to actually doing this he changed his story and the company refuses to follow through with the agreement. The problems with the camper have been, broken jockey wheel on arrival, water leaking throughout camper, holes in canvas where water leaked in when raining, outer window covers, 1 larger than the other and velcro not lining up. Broken light in storgae compartment, broken filler hose to wtare tank, battery charger not wired in or connected, inverter blue fuse first time it worked, only used a mobile phone charger.I would not recommend this company and warn other be stay away from this company as they will only give you grief and will tell you one thing and do another, if you have an order I would cancel it and go with another brand. For the record my cmaper cost $34500 an expensive lemon. Kratzmanns caravans on the other hand as the agent have been brilinat and I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a van or camper. | | | |
