Conditions of Entry - Facebook Photo Competition 1. Instructions on “How to Enter” form part of these Conditions of Entry. Entry is open to residents of Australia, other than employees of ACP Magazines Ltd, ABN 18 053 273 546, and their associated agencies and families.
2. Competition opens 01/12/10 and until 17/12/10.
3. Entry is also open to all Australian residents over 18 years of age that have uploaded a travel photo or will upload their Travel Photo on the Discover Downunder Facebook Page, more specifically to those who have entered the FotoFone Competition by submitting their travel photo.
4. Entries will only be accepted in digital format. Digital images can only be submitted online using the specific entry form. Digital images must not exceed a file size of 1MB. Entries over this size restriction will not be accepted. Please note that Discover Down Under may contact winning entrants to obtain higher resolution images for inclusion in our Photo Gallery and other areas of the website. The entrant must hold copyright of any photograph entered in this competition. Discover Down Under reserves the right to request supporting evidence. Any photograph that has won a prize previously on the Discover Down Under competition is not eligible for entry. Discover Down Under reserves the right to showcase photograph entries within the Discover Down Under website as examples of entry. Discover Down Under reserves the right to use photograph entries as part of the Discover Down Under websites general content.
5. This competition is for the Best Photographs from "Australia". Only photographs of Australia and / or Australian content will be accepted into the competition. Photographs of Babies and Children will not be accepted.
6. The winning entry will be the photo with the most votes (or Facebook likes), which will be confirmed by the Discover Downunder team at Trader Classifieds, 73 Atherton Road Oakleigh, VIC 3166. Winners will be notified by email on the day of the judging.�
7. All entries become the property of ACP Magazines Ltd, care of ACP Trader Classifieds Pty Ltd, ABN 18 053 273 546, the promoter, at 73 Atherton Road, Oakleigh, Vic 3166, and may be used in future marketing promotions
8. The judges’ decision in relation to any aspect of the conditions will be final and binding on every person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or misdirected mail.
9. Total prize value is $139.65 AUD. Prize value is correct as at the date of printing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for change in prize value between now and the ultimate date on which the prize is taken.
10. Prize includes 7 x $29.95 Discover Downunder DVDs. Maximum value of each prize is $19.95. Maximum prize value is $139.65. Each prize is included in one prize pack.
11. In participating in the competition, the winners will agree to participate and co-operate as required all editorial activities relating to the competition, including, but not limited to having all images submitted upon www.discoverdownunder.com.au. All photos submitted become property of Discover Down Under. The winner agrees to grant the Promoter a perpetual and non-exclusive licence to use such editorial and photographs in all media worldwide, and as such the winner will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
10. The collection, use and disclosure of personal information provided in connection with this promotion are governed by the Privacy Notice (see Contents Page for location in this issue).
12. By entering the competition, the entrant consents to receipt of any email regarding the competition, and other emails which inform the entrant of the Promoter’s other publications, products, services and events and to promote third party goods and services it may be interested in.
13. The prize package(s) will be delivered within 28 days of the draw. If by February 26th 2011 the prize has not been claimed it is the responsibility of Trader Classifieds that the competition be re drawn on February 26th 2011 at 11am, at Trader Classifieds 73 Atherton Road Oakleigh, VIC 3166. Re-drawn winners will be notified by phone and by post on 26/02/11.
