| Discover Down Under – Caravan, Camping Show Tickets Competition Trader Classifieds - Conditions of Entry 1. Instructions on ‘How to Enter’ form part of these Conditions of Entry. 2. Entry is open to residents of Australia and New Zealand, other than employees of ACP Magazines Ltd, ABN 18 053 273 546, and their associated agencies and families. All entrants under the age of 18 acknowledge the winning prize will be registered in the name of their parent or legal guardian. 3. Competition opens 15/02/11 and will run weekly until 25/02/11 at 11.59pm AEST. Entry is by visiting the Discover Down Under website, www.discoverdownunder.com.au and explaining, in 25 words or less, what is your favourite highlight of the Caravan, Camping and Touring Super Show? 4. Entrants are able to submit multiple entries. Each week, five (5) winners will be drawn, totalling ten (ten) winners overall. The judging will take place at the Promoter’s premises and will take place on 18/02/11 and 25/02/11. The winners will be notified by phone and mail. 5. This competition is a game of skill, chance plays no part in determining the winner. Entries will be judged on the number of words used and the skill exhibited in writing the response to the question. The judges’ decision in relation to any aspect of the competition will be final and binding on every person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into. 6. All entries become the property of the Promoter Trader Classifieds a Division of ACP Magazines Ltd, 73 Atherton Road Oakleigh. VIC 3166, and may be used in future marketing promotions. The promoter takes no responsibility for any late, lost or misdirected entries. 7. Total prize includes: · 10 Double passes to the Caravan, Camping and Touring Supershow at Caulfield Racecourse valued at $17 each. Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the prize are not included. These are the responsibility of the winner. 8. All prizes must be taken as offered. The prize, or any unused portion of the prize, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed as cash. The prize is not valid in conjunction with any other offer. The prize is valued in Australian dollars. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize value. The Promoter will not be liable for any voucher / ticket / pass that has been lost, stolen, forged, damaged or tampered with in any way. 9. Products included in prize package (including but not limited to titles, colour, design, sizing, style) will be determined by the promoter in its complete discretion. All prizes must be taken as offered. 10. The promoter is neither responsible nor liable for any late lost or misdirected mail (including but not limited to prizes). 11. The promoter is not responsible nor liable for any prize damaged in transit in the delivery of their prize. 12. Entries not completed in accordance with the Terms and Conditions or received after the closing date will not be considered. Indecipherable or incomplete entries will be deemed invalid. 13. If for any reason a winner does not redeem an element of a prize by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize or that element of the prize will be forfeited. 14.
