Chinese Marinade
Why not try this marinade and the Chinese Five-Spice Rub for a parallel tasting on some pork spare ribs? Yum! Â - 1/2 cup hoisin sauce
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- A small dash of mirin (optional)
- 1 clove garlic, roughly crushed
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- Dash of sesame oil
- A pinch of dried chilli flakes (optional)
