Geraldton chilli and garlic prawns with rice
Try out this easy Garlic Prawns recipe with a hint of chilli; it takes 15 minutes to cook a meal for 2! Ingredients: - ½ cup long grain rice

- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 300 g shelled green prawns, de-veined
- 2 tablespoons sweet chilli sauce
Cook the rice in boiling salted water for 10-12 minutes, or until tender. Meanwhile, heat the oil and garlic in a frying pan and sauté on low heat for 1 minute or until the garlic is fragrant but not brown. Add the prawns and cook, stirring constantly on medium heat for 2 minutes, or until the prawns turn pink. Stir in the sweet chilli sauce. Drain the rice. Make a bed of rice on serving plates and top with the prawns. Season to taste and serve.
